The CGF Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit: Beverage Machinery is used to produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage and other non-gas beverage machinery. Beverage Machinery can finish washing , filling and sealing bottles in one machine and reduce the dust and exposure time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency.The whole process is automatic.

Main Structures of Water Bottling Machine
Bottle infeed: Bottle infeed by combination of infeed starwheels. Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
Discharge Starwheel: Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work to discharge bottles.
Rinsing system: Combined with rotary tray with clamp, water distributing tray, water tank and rinsing pump. 
Filling system: Combined with hydraulic, filling valve, controlling ring, and elevator-cylinder. 
Capping system: Combined with capper, cap sorter and cap falling track. 
Driving system: Combined with main motor and gears. 
Bottle transmitting system: Combined with air conveyor, steel starwheels and neck supporting carrier plates. 
Electrical controlling system: this part is frequency inverted, PLC controlled and touch screen operated.
Washing parts of water filling machine
